About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Car Washer at Napleton's Lexus of Brookfield. The role is responsible for maintaining vehicles’ cleanliness and appearance, and ensuring they are ready for display and use. This is a full-time position with hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dealership experience is a plus but is not required. The company describes itself as a family-owned automotive group with more than 3,500 employees, over 25 vehicle brands, and 50+ dealerships across seven states.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Great attitude and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Keep the vehicle lot neat and orderly; move units as directed by Sales or Service managers and according to dealership display standards.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles on the lot are clean and in good repair.
• Pick up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup when necessary.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
