Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Foster a positive, safety-first culture for both associates and customers.
  • Train team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, company standards, and best practices.
  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style.
  • Ensure the wash operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Educate customers on wash services, membership options, and the Grand Express Wash experience.
  • Promote and sell membership plans to help build customer loyalty.
  • Monitor employee productivity, scheduling, timekeeping, and break compliance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and address performance concerns promptly.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by creating a welcoming, friendly environment.
  • Oversee frontline and finishing operations to ensure every vehicle leaves looking its best.
  • Report operational concerns or maintenance issues to the General Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
