About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Midland, a Cavender Auto Family dealership in Texas, is seeking a full-time Car Wash Porter to support dealership operations and customer service. The role involves greeting and directing customers in the service drive, moving and preparing vehicles, maintaining an orderly service drive, and washing and detailing vehicles. The successful candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, customer-focused, and committed to helping provide an exceptional experience. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful.
• Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen, background check, and MVR check prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the service drive.
• Direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner.
• Prepare and move vehicles from the service drive to the parking area.
• Clean and organize the service drive and assist the service team as needed.
• Keep the service drive clear by parking cars, recording inventory, and storing keys.
• Support the service team with miscellaneous duties as needed.
• Wash and dry vehicles.
• Clean windows and vehicle interiors and vacuum carpets.
• Inspect the finished product.
