About The Position
Golden Nozzle Car Wash, part of the Nouria family since 2016, has grown from 17 to 50 locations across five New England states. We are committed to hiring quality people and providing excellent customer service, emphasizing a warm smile and courteous welcome. The Manager in Training (MIT) program is designed to prepare individuals for managerial responsibilities in people management, operations management, and customer complaint resolution. MITs will assist the Manager in all aspects of daily shift management, learning new skills and demonstrating increasing proficiency. Our company offers a weekly bonus based on cars washed and monthly passes sold, along with opportunities for career advancement and skill development.
Requirements

- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Weekend reliability (one weekend day required).
Responsibilities
- Participate in training experiences and learn new skills.
- Demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities.
- Assist the Manager in all aspects of daily shift management.
- Increase customer satisfaction by improving wash speed, decreasing cleaning errors, and enhancing customer friendliness.
- Increase bottom line revenue by boosting extra-service sales, maintaining acceptable labor percentages, and controlling operational costs.
- Develop skills by achieving full utilization of production procedures, increasing tasks performed per person, and decreasing equipment and chemical problems.
