Requirements

• 3-5 years of management experience in car wash or retail.
• Strong operational knowledge.
• Communication skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software.
• Ability to perform physical tasks.
• Flexible scheduling including travel.
• Ability to work in varied conditions.
