Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in car wash or retail.
- Strong operational knowledge.
- Communication skills.
- Proficiency with relevant software.
- Ability to perform physical tasks.
- Flexible scheduling including travel.
- Ability to work in varied conditions.
