About The Position

BLISS Car Wash is seeking energetic, positive Customer Service Associates to welcome guests and help make each visit a great experience. Associates educate guests about wash options and memberships, sell wash packages and upgrades, process payments, and help ensure vehicles are safely loaded and properly cleaned. The role also includes maintaining a safe, clean work area, completing scheduled after-hours site cleaning, and following company safety and appearance standards. Work is mainly outdoors, with some indoor work, and involves exposure to equipment fumes, cleaning solvents, changing temperatures, noise, and vibration. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with varied hours and days based on business needs. The position reports to the Site Manager. The listed base pay is $16.90–$19.00 per hour, plus commission and incentives. A $500 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days of continuous employment.

Experience in car wash, retail, or guest service industries is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
Educate guests about single washes, upgrades, and membership packages.
Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships.
Offer and sell BLISS Single Wash Packages and upgrades.
Process payments.
Ensure vehicles are loaded safely and correctly onto the conveyor.
Prepare vehicles according to company guidelines.
Verify vehicles are clean in the quality control area and wipe them down according to company guidelines.
Provide excellent service to help ensure guests have a great experience.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Perform scheduled after-hours site cleaning, including cleaning tunnel equipment, floors, walls and pit, vacuum area, walkways, and queuing area.
Maintain personal appearance and grooming in accordance with uniform and appearance policies.
Follow directions, exercise good judgment, and make decisions consistent with job functions.
Follow company safety protocols.
Work as a team player.
