About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps manage the facility and its operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attendants provide customer service, help customers use the car wash, maintain equipment and the site, and may enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club. The role offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and pursue professional development and a potential path to management.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a required drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
