About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant supports the site’s facility and operations and serves as one of the customer-facing representatives of the wash. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, promoting the Unlimited Car Wash Club, preparing vehicles before they enter the tunnel, and helping maintain equipment and the facility. The position offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and may provide professional development and a path to management.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
