About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant assists with the site’s facility and operations while providing customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attendants help customers use the wash, maintain equipment and the facility, and support daily car wash operations. The position offers professional development and opportunities to progress into management roles. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stand for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
