About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant supports the facility and its operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attendants provide customer service, help customers enroll in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles for the wash tunnel, guide customers safely onto the conveyor, assist with equipment maintenance, and help maintain the facility. The role involves working outdoors and in all weather conditions, and offers opportunities for professional development and growth into management positions.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
