About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps manage the facility and its operations, delivers customer service, and supports car wash equipment and site maintenance. Attendants are the customer-facing representatives of the wash and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward potential management positions.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
