About The Position
Splash Car Wash is looking for a Car Wash Attendant to join their team. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented job with opportunities for growth, leadership development, and career advancement in a growing company. No prior experience is necessary as all training is provided. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, preparing vehicles for the wash tunnel, directing traffic, assisting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
Requirements

- Must be at least 16 years of age to apply
- Splash may require references and background checks as part of the hiring process

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Guide and prepare vehicles before entering the wash tunnel
- Safely direct vehicles and maintain efficient workflow
- Assist customers with questions and services
- Clean and maintain vacuum stations and wash areas
- Perform general facility cleaning and upkeep
