About The Position
Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendants assist with the site’s facility and operations and serve as the faces of the wash. The role involves customer service, helping customers enroll in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, preparing vehicles for the tunnel, safely guiding them onto the conveyor, assisting with equipment maintenance, and maintaining the facility. This is an outdoor, team-oriented position that offers an introduction to the car wash industry and opportunities for professional development and advancement to management positions. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
- Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
- Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Complete a drug screen and background check.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
- Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
