About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps maintain the site’s facility and support its operations. Attendants provide customer service, help customers enroll in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, and safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor. They also assist with equipment maintenance and facility upkeep, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing. The role is in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and offers opportunities for professional development and advancement to management positions.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
