About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant assists with the site’s facility and operations and serves as a face of the wash. This is an outdoor, team-oriented role that involves customer service, helping customers use the wash, preparing vehicles, and maintaining the equipment and facility. The position offers an opportunity to learn how to operate a car wash and pursue professional development, including a career path to management.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stay on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
