Car Wash Attendant
About The Position
The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. This role involves standing at pay stations to assist every customer, guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, and maintaining the cleanliness of the car wash facility. Duties include taking out garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. The attendant must report to work on time and adhere to the dress and appearance code. The role requires minimal supervision and involves approximately 70% customer interaction, 20% site upkeep, 5% opening/closing procedures, and 5% basic troubleshooting.

- Ability to climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel.
- Ability to work in damp and humid conditions.
- Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work safely in a typical outdoor car wash environment.
- Ability to adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
- Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
