About The Position
Assist Car Wash Manager in car wash operations including training, light wash maintenance, customer service, bay cleaning and service maintenance relations.
Requirements
- Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
- Communicate effectively with customers, management associates, and maintenance personnel
- Ability to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
- Reach over your head frequently and comfortably
- Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds
- Bend, kneel, squat or stand
- Work in a heated and/or cold environment
- Climb an extension ladder
Nice To Haves
- Working on your college degree or planning on it
Responsibilities
- Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash
- Spraying (prepping) vehicles for the automatic wash
- Create loyal customers
- Provide customers with courteous, enthusiastic service
- Assist customers with wash questions, and or concerns
- Responsible for keeping the bay clean
