About The Position

The Car Wash Associate prepares, guides, and loads vehicles into the wash tunnel; applies bug spray; and helps ensure the location has clean towels and functioning equipment. The role provides an excellent customer experience by anticipating and responding to customer needs, building positive relationships, and handling vehicles with care. Associates also maintain location cleanliness and may perform minor landscaping tasks as directed by leadership. This is an outdoor-focused, fast-paced position with frequent customer and colleague interaction and a potential career path into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform prolonged periods of standing and walking, manual tasks, equipment operation, and sustain stamina throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Apply bug spray to vehicles and guide them into the wash tunnel.
• Perform location-cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership.
• Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Help ensure the location is equipped with clean towels and that equipment is functioning properly.
