About The Position

The Car Wash Associate prepares, guides, and loads vehicles into the wash tunnel; applies bug spray while guiding vehicles; and helps ensure the location has clean towels and functioning equipment. The role provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs, assisting with requests, building relationships, and handling vehicles with care. Associates also maintain location cleanliness through tasks such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership. This is an outdoor-focused, fast-paced role involving frequent interaction with customers and colleagues and the opportunity to develop leadership skills and pursue advancement into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform prolonged periods of standing and walking, manual tasks, and equipment operation, with stamina and endurance throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Apply bug spray to vehicles while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
• Complete location-cleanliness tasks, including sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed by leadership.
• Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Help ensure the location has clean towels and that equipment is functioning properly.
