About The Position

The Car Wash Associate at Mr. Clean Car Wash delivers an exceptional guest experience through high-quality service and attention to detail. Associates are trained and certified in several roles, including lot attendant, loader, passenger side attendant, and sales specialist, and may rotate among roles during their shift depending on business needs. Duties are performed according to company training, safety procedures, and brand expectations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Select roles may qualify for performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be at least 18 years of age to serve as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to remain on your feet throughout the entire shift.
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within multiple roles.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service across assigned roles.
Perform duties in accordance with Mr. Clean Car Wash training and safety procedures.
Deliver high-quality results for each guest vehicle with attention to detail.
Greet guests and assist with service questions or concerns.
Promote and explain membership programs and services as a Sales Specialist.
Keep the self-service vacuum area clean, stocked, and ready for guests.
Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, lobby, restrooms, and overall site.
Assist with vehicle loading and preparation as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant.
Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Rotate roles throughout the day in response to business needs.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
