About The Position

Greet customers as they drive up to the payment station and tunnels. Direct and instruct drivers into the tunnel conveyor. Deliver excellent service to all customers, including positive interactions and answering questions. Manage customer accounts, updating credit card information as needed, and upselling services. Operate the cash register and process payments inside for customers who do not drive up. Maintain a clean and organized workplace around the facility, including emptying trash cans, vacuuming the site and facility, and maintaining clean restrooms. Attend team meetings and assist the detail department as needed. Other duties may be assigned by the Manager. This position has the ability to earn commissions based on selling memberships. Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Team player
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
