About The Position

The Car Wash Associate welcomes customers at the payment station and tunnels, directs drivers onto the tunnel conveyor, and provides excellent customer service by answering questions and interacting positively with customers. The associate manages customer accounts, including updating credit card information and upselling memberships, and processes payments at the cash register for customers who do not drive up. The role also involves keeping the facility and vacuum area clean and organized, emptying trash cans, maintaining clean restrooms, attending team meetings, and assisting the detail department as needed. Other duties may be assigned by the Manager. The associate must be available for potential opening and/or closing shifts. The position offers the ability to earn commissions based on membership sales and requires working in various weather conditions.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Be a team player.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Greet customers at the payment station and tunnels.
Direct and instruct drivers onto the tunnel conveyor.
Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and maintaining positive customer interactions.
Manage customer accounts, including updating credit card information and upselling memberships.
Operate the cash register and process payments for customers who do not drive up.
Maintain a clean and organized workplace around the facility.
Empty trash cans around the vacuum site and facility.
Maintain clean restrooms.
Attend team meetings.
Assist the detail department as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
