About The Position

Spark Car Wash is a high-growth, institutionally backed express exterior car wash company serving the Northeast. Its mission is to make car washing an energizing experience and provide consistent customer service in an enriching environment for employees.

As a Car Wash Associate, you will provide guests with a safe, fast, and friendly experience. You will greet customers, explain wash options and memberships, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient site. You will rotate among the Pay Station, the car wash tunnel, and the parking lot, supporting customers and safe operations at each area.

Requirements

• Strong people skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, follow instructions, manage time, and remain productive with limited direction.
• Experience using a pay station and comfort accurately and responsibly processing customer transactions, payments, and related sales activity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues and problems.
• Ability to perform physical work involving hands, arms, legs, and full-body movement, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and handling tools or materials.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 40 lbs. as needed.
• English proficiency to support customer communication and safe daily operations.
• Ability to see details at close range, including transactions, equipment, tools, vehicles, and site conditions.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Explain wash options, membership benefits, promotional offers, and complementary amenities to help guests make purchase decisions.
• Receive customer payments, handle cash transactions, and accurately record and responsibly manage sales activity.
• Support proper Pay Station use and ensure transactions are processed accurately and payment and cash-handling procedures are followed.
• Respond to customer needs and concerns courteously and professionally, working to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Guide vehicles safely into the car wash tunnel, clearly directing customers and following tunnel loading procedures.
• Follow safety procedures around the tunnel, vehicles, equipment, chemicals, and team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lot by removing debris and checking vacuums for proper operation.
• Help keep the site clean, safe, and ready for customers throughout the day.
• Maintain clean equipment and tools and promptly report repair issues to the General Manager.
