About The Position

The Car Wash Associate greets customers at the payment station and tunnels, directs drivers onto the tunnel conveyor, and provides excellent customer service by answering questions and maintaining positive interactions. The role manages customer accounts, including updating credit card information and upselling memberships, and processes payments at the register for customers who do not drive up. The associate helps maintain an orderly facility by cleaning the workplace, emptying trash cans at the vacuum site and around the facility, and keeping restrooms clean. The position also includes attending team meetings, assisting the detail department as needed, and performing other duties assigned by the Manager. Availability for potential opening and/or closing shifts is required. The position may earn commissions from membership sales.

Responsibilities
