Car Wash Assistant Manager 1
About The Position
The Car Wash Assistant Manager will function as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable. This role is responsible for ordering and stocking vending, providing training to new hires on opening/closing checklists, proper loading techniques, and Fast Pass sales techniques. The Assistant Manager will professionally respond to voicemails and emails, create effective schedules, and possess complete knowledge of the Car Wash vacuum system operation, including cleaning it. They will also support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings, assist with on-site Supervisor Courses, and supervise teammates completing PM tasks, assessing training needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.
- Leadership and communication skills including active listening.
- Experience with team building.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong work ethics and professional attitude.
- Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
- Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown.
