The Car Wash Assistant Manager functions as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable. This role is responsible for ordering and stocking vending supplies, providing effective training to new hires, and ensuring teammates are trained on opening/closing checklists and proper loading techniques. The Assistant Manager also trains the team on Fast Pass sales techniques, professionally responds to voicemails and emails, and creates effective schedules. A key responsibility includes having complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation and the ability to clean the vacuum system, including pressure washing. The Assistant Manager supports the Site Manager during monthly team meetings, assists with on-site Supervisor Courses, supervises teammates completing PM tasks, and assesses if further training is needed. They are also responsible for completing the GSR Daily Breakdown.
