This role functions as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable. The Assistant Manager is responsible for ordering and stocking vending supplies, providing training to new hires, and ensuring proper opening/closing procedures and loading techniques are followed. They will also train the team on Fast Pass sales techniques, professionally handle voicemails and emails, and create effective schedules. A key responsibility includes having complete knowledge of the Car Wash vacuum system operation and the ability to clean it, including pressure washing. The Assistant Manager will support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings, assist with on-site Supervisor Courses, and supervise teammates completing PM tasks, assessing the need for further training. They are also responsible for completing the GSR Daily Breakdown.
