Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build trust and work consultatively with customers
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process
- Build strong relationships and understand customer needs
- Present vehicle features, capabilities, and options with confidence
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Assist with pricing, deal structure, and purchase documentation
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong pipeline
- Deliver a professional, transparent customer experience
- Collaborate with management and finance for deal completion
