About The Position
Lyle Pearson Auto Group is the premier luxury car dealership in Boise, ID. We are actively pursuing New Car Sales Representatives to join our team. We have a sales opening on our Lyle Pearson Mercedes-Benz sales team! We have received multiple accolades from various automotive manufacturers such as Porsche Premier, Pride of Jaguar, Land Rover Pinnacle, Mercedes Benz Best of the Best, and Acura Precision just to name a few! You would be working on our casual and easy-going Sales Team which is full of long-term veterans who have been in the industry for decades. The ideal Car Sales Representative/Consultant would be an ambition and professional individual with prior automotive sales experience.
Requirements
- Driver’s License
- Prior Automotive Sales Experience strongly preferred
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

- Assist clients throughout the buying process
- Provide world-class customer service to our valued customers
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the buying process as well as product knowledge
