About The Position
Little Joe’s Mitsubishi is seeking a Car Buying Coach / Automotive Salesperson who excels at customer interaction, professional follow-up, and guiding customers to the right vehicle. While experienced automotive salespeople are welcome, the dealership is also willing to train individuals with a background in sales, customer service, retail, or any field involving direct human interaction. This role is designed for motivated individuals who are ready to actively engage with leads and customers to drive sales.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Helping customers find the right vehicle
- Working showroom, internet, phone, and text leads
- Following up with customers consistently
- Setting appointments
- Taking customers on test drives
- Learning inventory, financing basics, and the sales process
- Sending videos, texts, calls, and emails to stay in front of buyers
- Closing deals
