Requirements
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, or other high-performance sales environments)
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer communications
- Work with finance and management teams to complete sales transactions
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
