About The Position

EDS Service Solutions is hiring a Car Rental Driver to move and deliver rental vehicles for rental car companies. The position is based at Bradley International Airport, with the job listing also identifying Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Pay is $16.94 per hour, paid weekly. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including AM, PM, and weekend shifts. Paid training is provided, and the role offers the opportunity to work with leading rental car companies and their newest vehicles. Drivers deliver vehicles locally or outside the area as needed, follow road rules, and ensure vehicles reach their destinations safely and courteously. The work also involves riding with or following another driver to drop off or pick up vehicles and performing other assigned duties. The role requires working outdoors in inclement weather and being able to drive, walk, stand, bend, and get in and out of vehicles for shifts of up to eight hours. A $300 sign-on bonus is available after 60 days of continuous employment, provided the employee maintains perfect attendance, has no unapproved absences or disciplinary actions, and follows company policies and safety guidelines. Requirements

Have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Be at least 21 years old.
Have a clean driving record for the past three years.
Be able to work in inclement weather.
Be able to handle the physical workload, including getting in and out of vehicles safely.
Be able to drive for shifts of up to eight hours.
Be able to walk, stand, and bend for shifts of up to eight hours.
Be able to work outdoors for shifts of up to eight hours.

Responsibilities

Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of the area as needed, following all rules of the road.
Deliver vehicles to the appropriate destination safely and courteously.
Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
