About The Position

America's Auto Auction is seeking a Car Hauler/Rollback Driver with a CDL license to join their growing national auto auction company. The role involves safely transporting vehicles between various locations, conducting inspections, completing documentation, and supporting auction operations. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

CDL license required.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
At least 21 years of age.
Able to pass pre-employment screening.
1+ year of Car Hauler, Rollback Driver, Flatbed, Tow Truck, or related experience.
Ability to perform pre/post trip inspection.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using GPS and mobile communication tools.
Professional attitude with a commitment to customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

Safely transport vehicles between repo yards, dealerships, customer locations, and other assigned destinations.
Conduct vehicle inspections before transport and report any damage or mechanical concerns.
Complete vehicle condition reports and delivery documentation accurately.
Coordinate with dispatch and management regarding routes, schedules, and delivery updates.
Assist with staging and moving vehicles to support daily auction operations.
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of company vehicles.
Deliver excellent customer service while interacting with dealers, customers, and coworkers.
Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws.
