Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
• Authorization to work in the USA
• Empathy. Genuine interest in the well-being and success of others.
• Integrity. Demonstrates honesty without compromise. Truthful, transparent, and clear.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry vehicle exteriors
• Vacuum vehicle interiors
• Clean windows, mirrors, and dashboards
• Shampoo carpets and upholstery when needed
• Apply wax, tire shine, and protectants
• Clean wheels, rims, and tires
• Remove trash and debris from vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage before delivery
• Move vehicles safely around dealership property
• Maintain detailing equipment and cleaning supplies
• Keep wash bay and work areas clean and organized
• Follow dealership safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup and showroom display
• Report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns to management
• Assist with lot organization and general dealership appearance when needed
