About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level team member to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at its Market Hubs. The role coordinates with coworkers to support timely deliveries and strong customer satisfaction. It involves inspecting, washing, vacuuming, and checking incoming inventory, while communicating with team members, management, and external vendors. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years, and be able to meet the physical and environmental demands of the job. A high school diploma or equivalent is desirable. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry or transport up to 60 pounds for up to 20 feet.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently stretch, reach, walk, stoop, push, and/or pull.
• Must have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Must be able to drive frequently and perform some typing.
• Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete a multi-point inspection of arriving inventory, including fuel level, safety features, drivability testing, and proper display of company and state disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Communicate and interact with team members and management across all areas of the business.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
