About The Position
Sloane Automotive Group, with their main accounting office located in Glenside, is now accepting applications for a Car Deal Bookkeeper (Automotive Biller). Sloane Automotive Group, one of the area’s prominent automotive dealer groups for over thirty years, operates nine dealerships: Sloane Honda in Philadelphia, Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia, Sloane Toyota of Malvern, Sloane Toyota of Glenside, BMW of Devon, Audi Warrington, Porsche Warrington, BMW of Allentown, and Mini of Allentown. Our Main Office is located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, minutes from the Willow Grove mall, turnpike and rt 309. We offer full time schedules , Monday through Friday, that work for both of us. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage one's own time.
- Bookkeeping experience preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Dealership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Reconciliation of accounting schedules and accounts
- Preparation of weekly/monthly sales commissions
- Checking car deal paperwork for compliance
- Maintenance of vehicle inventory accounting
- General bookkeeping
- Provide administrative assistance for Office Manager and other office staff as necessary
