About The Position

The Car Care Associate helps provide an exceptional guest experience by preparing vehicles for the car wash, assisting guests at the kiosk, and delivering detailing services. The role also involves preparing new cars and maintaining car wash equipment. Day and swing shifts are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid New York State driver's license.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme heat and cold, with exposure to noise and hazards including mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, chemicals, fumes, odors, gases, poor ventilation, and oils.
• Ability to perform medium physical work, exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger motions and frequently use various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer vehicles as they enter the car wash bay.
• Direct vehicles into the car wash and select the appropriate wash option based on guest preferences.
• Assist guests with car wash kiosks.
• Wash and towel-dry guest vehicles and company-owned buses.
• Perform interior and exterior detailing based on customer requests.
• Maintain car wash equipment.
• Prepare new cars.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
