Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Identify private sellers through online platforms including Facebook Marketplace, KSL, and Kelly Blue Book.
  • Execute outbound outreach via phone calls, text messages, and emails to vehicle owners looking to sell or trade.
  • Evaluate initial vehicle data including year, make, model, mileage, and vehicle history reports (CARFAX).
  • Qualify seller motivation and establish preliminary target purchase pricing based on vehicle condition.
  • Schedule vehicle inspections and appraisal appointments at the dealership or seller's location.
  • Maintain CRM databases daily to track seller communication, follow-ups, and vehicle acquisition status.
  • Collect documentation including vehicle titles, registration, lien payoffs, and maintenance history.
  • Prepare purchase paperwork and intake files to ensure quick, compliant processing by our finance team.
  • Input vehicle condition data and high-quality photos into dealership software to initiate the pricing process.
