The Sales and Acquisition Manager is a leadership role responsible for driving membership revenue through effective member acquisition and retention strategies. This role oversees the entire membership funnel, from initial contact to renewal, and is accountable for total membership revenue performance, including volume, conversion, and membership mix. The manager will lead a team of Membership Coordinators, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure the club attracts and retains the right members.
