Requirements

Experience as a Capture Manager, including leading and managing complex capture efforts
Experience executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses
Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners
Experience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW, with a variety of acquisition sizes
Experience leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Experience working with DoW acquisition centers and key client mission stakeholders
Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
Experience briefing executive-level stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive, and often multitasking environment
