About The Position

Our software serves the automotive, aerospace, medical, and training markets, and continues to expand into new markets as consumers increasingly expect consistent device experience across all facets of their daily lives. This is an onsite role in our Orlando office.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, technical management, related degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and familiarity of US government acquisition processes (FAR, OTA, SBIR/STTR, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of program/project management and/or business development/capture experience.
- Excellent organizational, decision making, and communications skills.
- US citizens are eligible for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manages the development and execution of capture efforts for assigned DoD market sectors.
- Actively pursues and secures qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Opportunity tracking, reporting, and management
- Leads proposal development efforts, interfacing with Program Managers, Technical team, finance and contracts, as well as subcontractors and suppliers as required.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key industry partners to identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Attend industry and Government meetings, industry days, and conferences as required
