About The Position

Maxime’s is a private member’s club by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City. We are seeking a talented Captain to join our world-class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Captain Assistant will be responsible for leading service, working with and supporting the dining room team to provide a level of service that exceeds guest expectations, and demonstrating exceptional product knowledge. You’ll be working as part of an established team delivering exceptional experiences daily. Requirements

Proven success as a Captain within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
Polished personal presentation that meets Company standards.
Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Ability to work a variable schedule, including early morning, nights, weekends and holidays per the needs of the business.
