About The Position

Zachry Group is seeking an experienced Captain / Pilot in Command (PIC) to join its corporate aviation department based in San Antonio, Texas. This position is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of company aircraft while providing exceptional service to executive passengers. The Captain serves as the final authority for the aircraft and is accountable for all aspects of flight operations including regulatory compliance, flight planning, crew coordination, and passenger safety. This role operates within a Part 91 corporate flight department environment and requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to safety. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound aeronautical decision-making, and the ability to operate effectively within a small, team-oriented flight department.
