About The Position

The Capital Services Manager is an exciting opportunity developing, implementing and managing the strategy, processes, and application of capital equipment and capital projects for MultiCare Health System. In this role you will build and maintain complex working relationship to achieve the best outcomes for the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, construction, or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience procuring and sourcing equipment in a healthcare setting
• Minimum three (3) years of experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role
• Experience in an IDN healthcare setting, minimum five (5) or more years highly preferred

Nice To Haves

• CMRP preferred
• PMP preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the system expert related to capital, FF&E, and capital project management
• Develop capital and minor equipment sourcing plan for the System, including hospital and clinic settings
• Collaborate with stakeholders and finance to create an equipment master plan, addressing clinical priorities, budget, lifecycle/replacement plans and schedules
• Develop equipment standards across the organization
