About The Position

Senior leader for active risk management of Capital working with Corporate Treasury and Finance. Responsible for independent risk oversight of capital interpretation, application and change management. Responsible for a team that has critical impact in overseeing Basel regulatory change implementation and risk management over capital risk appetite and adequacy. Partners with Senior to Executive Leaders in Business Lines to oversee the successful creation, implementation, and maintenance of an effective risk management framework. Accountable for the active identification, response and/or escalation of risks as appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically more than 15 years of applicable experience
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
• Working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Responsibilities

• Independent risk oversight of capital interpretation, application and change management.
• Overseeing Basel regulatory change implementation and risk management over capital risk appetite and adequacy.
• Overseeing the successful creation, implementation, and maintenance of an effective risk management framework.
• Active identification, response and/or escalation of risks as appropriate.
