The City of Issaquah is looking for a skilled Capital Projects Manager to deliver facilities capital improvements, including two landmark civic projects: the relocation of City Hall and the remodel of the Issaquah Police Station. These high-profile initiatives represent a unique chance to leave a lasting legacy in one of the region’s most vibrant and growing communities. In this role, you’ll bring strong leadership, communication, and project management expertise to a fast-paced Facilities team responsible for delivering critical public infrastructure. Acting as the City’s project lead, you’ll coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, permitting agencies, and community members to ensure successful project delivery from planning through construction. Key responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract negotiations, consultant oversight, specification review, cost estimating, technical review coordination, and comprehensive management of assigned capital projects.
