Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3 years of experience in operational and administrative aspects of complex corporate, syndicated, and participated credits. required
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the interrelationship between Capital Markets and Operations in documenting and closing all syndicated and sold loans.
  • Assists in dissemination of borrower reports and other required information to syndicate members and farm credit institutions purchasing participations.
  • Assists in organizing bank syndications.
  • Prepares Participation Certificates for sales to Farm Credit institutions and Assignment Agreements for sales to syndicate banks.
  • Coordinates the execution of these documents and delivery to Operations.
  • Assists in disseminating financial statements as required by the credit agreement to participants.
  • Follows up on related participant questions.
  • Assists the Capital Markets Officers in the syndication process by collecting Administrative Details forms, providing a closing notification to participants and fully executed documentation to participants.
  • Coordinates closing events and mechanics with Operations.
  • Processes annual reviews with routine communication with bank groups.
  • Ensures that all necessary approvals have been received from the bank group and completes the necessary assigned checklist items as the transaction progresses.
  • Assists with the creation and maintenance of desk procedures and job aides.
