About The Position

This role processes transactions supporting Derivative Trading, Securities Trading, Loan Trading, or Agency Services lines of business within Capital Markets Operations. Core operational work may include client onboarding, trade capture, securities settlement and clearance, confirmations, client support, or margin and collateral processing. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, communicating effectively, and entering data accurately and efficiently. It also involves internal coordination and communication with external clients and internal Technology, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Sales, and Trading partners.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree, equivalent education and related training, or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel; proficiency may need to be demonstrated.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• English language fluency.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in bank or brokerage operations with an ability to demonstrate increasing responsibility.
• Some knowledge of brokerage systems or operations.
• FINRA Series 99 or Series 7.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions as required by the job function and independently complete daily tasks within specified time parameters.
• Interact with clients, line-of-business teammates, and other support teammates to process requests and resolve issues.
• Ensure functional procedures and controls are followed and maintained.
