Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets Middle Office Associate within the Interest Rate Derivatives team as a part of Corporate Investment Banking Operations. The role will focus primarily on trade validation, daily P&L reporting, analysis, and risk oversight across a range of trading products, including derivatives and fixed income securities, contributing to process improvements in a growing and complex business. In this role, you will: Participate in research and resolution of issues including identifying and resolving trade breaks across front‑to‑back processing. Review tactical business challenges related to complex derivative products. Receive direction from manager and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of procedures. Provide information to managers and the Capital Markets Middle Office. Support the primary products such as swaps, futures, options, structured products, and fixed income securities. Contribution in the development of processes and procedures to support a growing business. Improve the existing infrastructure through system testing and effective project management. Assist trading with minimizing costs and identifying concerns that can be expected. A successful candidate will need to collaborate with partners that support the business in various capacities including trading, sales, technology, compliance, risk, operations, legal, and audit. Provide superior service while responding to inquiries from both internal and external customers as per the standards defined by Wells Fargo.
